Agreement Terms:

Permission & Participation: By checking the checkbox above, you grant permission for Santa to interact with my child(ren) and understand that this interaction may include discussing topics such as my child’s hobbies, interests, or achievements as specified by me.

Payment: We use trusted financial services in Canada to finalize the payment, with Stripe being one of the largest. People use this service for transactions everywhere, from grocery stores to large malls. We don’t store any payment details; all payment processing is securely handled by Stripe, and our website only receives confirmation of successful payments.

Personalized Communication: I acknowledge that I have provided accurate information about my child’s achievements, interests, and/or any specific topics I would like Santa to discuss. I understand that Santa’s interaction with my child(ren) will be based on this information.

Photo and Video consent:
I consent to photo and video recordings of my child(ren) with Santa. These may be shared for personal or promotional purposes by Santa’s team.

Health & Safety Compliance: I confirm that my child is in good health and has no allergies or conditions that would be affected by the visit. I will also ensure that my child is in a safe environment during Santa’s interaction.

Confidentiality: I understand that my information and my child’s details will be handled with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of Santa’s visit. I acknowledge that my information will not be shared with third parties without my consent.

Liability Release:
I agree to hold harmless and release Santa’s team from any liability, damages, or claims arising from this interaction, provided that all parties have adhered to the terms of this agreement.
